The firm was founded in 2009 as a Luxembourg law firm, member of the Luxembourg Bar, by Simone Retter, attorney at the Luxembourg Bar. At that time, she relied on a 25 years long experience as a qualified Luxembourg Lawyer, mainly dedicated to private clients and specialized in corporate and tax law as well as in civil and estate law.

Her early involvement in private wealth made her a forerunner in the industry. Since then, she has had a lot of experience as a law practitioner, lecturer, and contributor to publications on the subject. As an independent director in the Luxembourg banking industry, Simone Retter has completed her legal expertise in private wealth issues with a broader financial understanding of private wealth and transmission to future generations.


The firm can today look back on 38 years of in-house expertise in Luxembourg law and 20 years of experience in governance in the Luxembourg private wealth financial sector.
